This invention pertains to a bottle designed for dispensing emulsions, containing a bottle body, a bottle cap, and a pump head. It possesses an upper bottle mouth with a threaded mouth and a lower bottle body. The bottle cap comprises an upper cover and a lower cover connected by a corner chain. These two parts can be fixed together using standard snapping mechanisms. Additionally, the pressure handle of the pump head is bowl-shaped, and the liquid outlet is situated through the middle of the tray. Further, the liquid outlet is covered with a soft film.
The emulsion bottle in this utility model comes equipped with a convenient pump. The bottle is specially designed to tightly seal the emulsion inside, preventing any contact with the surrounding air. Additionally, there is no direct contact between the metal spring and the emulsion.
The lower cover of the bottle adopts a unique two-piece double-layer structure. The inner layer is connected to the bottle mouth via a threaded connection. To maintain a vacuum state within the bottle and ensure the quality of the content during transportation, the inner and outer layer caps are securely fixed together using rotation stop teeth and a rotation stop buckle. This design ensures that the caps will not loosen, thereby guaranteeing the integrity of the content throughout the transportation process.
